Responsibilities

Define and drive the automation roadmap aligned with product and engineering goals.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for desktop and web apps.
Implement best practices for automation testing and ensure test script maintainability.
Review and optimize existing automated test suites for reliability and coverage.
Continuously improve automation processes and adopt new tools/methodologies.
Execute and analyze automated tests with detailed defect reports and metrics.
Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing and release processes.
Manage test environments and tooling; provide mentorship to QA team.
