Job summary

TechConnect - Sinar Mas Mining is hiring a Senior QA lead to drive end-to-end QA across web, mobile, and API platforms. You will formulate test automation framework architecture using Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.

You will authorize QA standards, testing methodologies, and release readiness criteria, while mentoring mid and junior engineers and collaborating with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to embed QA in the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on QA with strong automation and quality strategy.
• Proven expertise in designing and leading automation frameworks.
• Strong programming/scripting in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience testing mobile, web, and API at scale.
• CI/CD integration and DevOps workflow knowledge.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA strategy across web, mobile, and API platforms.
• Formulate test automation framework architecture with Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Set QA standards and release readiness criteria for engineering.
• Plan test coverage across functional, regression, and performance tests.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and drive a quality-first culture.
• Collaborate with Eng, Product, and DevOps to embed QA in CI/CD.
• Report quality metrics and advocate tooling upgrades.
