Job summary

PT DUTA SERPACKINTI is seeking a Purchasing Specialist at Supervisor/Asst Manager level to research potential vendors, compare offers, and negotiate terms while maintaining records of purchases and invoices. The role involves processing purchase requests and coordinating with Finance, Accounting, General Affair, and Operations to meet timelines.

Min. Bachelor Degree in Management/Accounting.
2 years experience in related field (Manufacturing or F&B).
Good communication and strong negotiation skills.
Knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
Willing to travel for business.
Willing to work at Head Office, West Jakarta (Puri Kembangan).

Responsibilities

Research potential vendors and suppliers.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Hands-on purchase request processing and verification.
Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, General Affair and Operations to meet timelines.
