Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Labuan Bajo is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee purchasing operations for food, beverage, and related controllables. You will ensure timely deliveries, price competitiveness, and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities include organizing vendor lists, maintaining inventory controls, coordinating with the Executive Chef and F&B team, and ensuring accurate invoicing and budgeting aligned with hotel goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major, or 2+ years in Purchasing.
• Experience in purchasing, especially for food & beverage, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing across departments and maintain standards.
• Generate reports and maintain vendor lists with accurate data.
• Order all food and beverage based on business needs.
• Monitor inventory and costs, ensuring sanitation and safety.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and vendors for timely deliveries.
• Post invoices and ensure proper bookkeeping and budgeting.
