Our client, a national real estate developer, is seeking a Senior Property Development Manager to oversee the entire development lifecycle on a remote basis within Indonesia. Projects span across regions including Medan and North Sumatra, requiring strong PM, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

The role emphasizes feasibility studies, budgets, compliance with codes, and leading cross-functional teams in a remote setting. A Bachelor's in a related field is required; a Master's is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in real estate development project management.
• Proven track record delivering complex development projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and contract administration.
• Excellent financial acumen including budgets, pro formas, and financing.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all phases of the property development process from planning to construction.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses for new development projects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Select and manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national building codes and environmental standards.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and report to senior management.
• Contribute to strategic planning of the development pipeline.
• Stay updated on market trends and opportunities (e.g., Medan, North Sumatra).
