JAC Recruitment is seeking an Residential Business Development Staff to monitor and develop property projects in Indonesia. Qualifications

• Strong feasibility study analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to interpret market data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English; Japanese language is a plus.
• At least 3 years of business development experience in property/real estate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ongoing projects and participate in reviews of construction progress, sales, and financial performance.
• Analyse project performance and coordinate issue resolution to align with business plans.
• Maintain relationships with partners and support Japanese-speaking employees on international assignments.
• Expand the property network in Indonesia through events, market research, and regulatory updates.
• Research market trends, competitors, and regulations to support BD decisions.
• Build relationships with developers, landowners, vendors, and banks.
• Identify and evaluate land/property for development or joint ventures; support financial modeling and feasibility reviews.

Job description

The Residential Business Development Staff role supports the monitoring and development of property projects in Indonesia. The position combines project performance analysis, partner relationship management, market research, feasibility assessment, and business development activities to help ensure that projects remain aligned with their original business plans and maintain stable cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the status of existing projects and participate in regular meetings to review construction progress, sales performance, financial performance, and related issues

• Analyse project performance and coordinate the resolution of issues to ensure alignment with initial business plans and maintain stable cash flow

• Maintain relationships with existing partners and support Japanese-speaking employees on international assignments with daily business activities

• Expand the company’s property network in Indonesia by participating in property events and exhibitions, conducting market research, and gathering updates on new projects and regulatory developments

• Research real estate market trends, competitor activities, property valuations, and recent regulations to support business development decisions

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, landowners, vendors, and banks

• Identify and evaluate potential land and properties for development or joint venture projects, including supporting the preparation and review of financial models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• At least 3 years of business development experience specifically within the property or real estate industry

• Strong feasibility study analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of property law and land acquisition processes

• Ability to interpret market data and translate findings into actionable business strategies

• Fluency in Indonesian and English

• Preferred qualifications:
