Job summary

PT Bimatekno Karyatama Konsultan seeks an experienced Project Engineer to support multidisciplinary engineering delivery in Indonesia. You will coordinate multiple disciplines, manage interfaces, and drive issue resolution with project managers, discipline leads and clients.

The role requires ownership of day-to-day coordination, strong planning, and effective communication with both local and international teams. Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in mechanical, civil, structural, electrical or chemical engineering.
• 8+ years of engineering and project delivery experience in industrial/mining or infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities across multiple disciplines.
• Experience coordinating brownfield engineering interfaces with existing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across mechanical, piping, process, civil, structural, electrical and instrumentation disciplines.
• Take ownership of day-to-day engineering coordination for assigned projects.
• Lead design coordination meetings and technical reviews with project teams.
• Liaise with clients, vendors and contractors on engineering delivery matters.
• Ensure deliverables meet project scope, quality and technical requirements.
