About the Role

The Manager / Consultant, Real EstateAdvisorysupports the delivery of real estate and urban development advisory projects across market analysis, development strategy, feasibility studies, and investment planning. The role is suited for professionals with strong analytical capability and an interest in linking real estate with transport, infrastructure, and economic development.

This position involves hands-on technical work, client interaction, and close collaboration with senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare market, site, and development analysis for real estate and mixed-use projects, including demand–supply assessment and benchmarking.
• Support financial feasibility analysis, development options testing, and phasing strategies.
• Contribute to real estateadvisoryassignments related to TOD, regeneration, land value capture, and asset optimization.
• Develop reports, presentations, and analytical models for client deliverables.
• Support stakeholder engagement, workshops, and consultations with public and private sector counterparts.
• Coordinate inputs from planning, economics, transport, and sustainability teams.
• Support project management activities, including timelines, internal coordination, and deliverable tracking.
• Assistin proposal development and business development research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in real estate, urban planning, economics, finance, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience (depending on level).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market, financial, and spatial data.
