Job summary

Lead Exposure Elimination Project is seeking a Senior Program Manager Indonesia to drive our lead paint elimination effort. The role works remotely with Indonesia-based partners, focusing on government engagement, regulation development, and industry collaboration.

You will lead workstreams, manage stakeholders, and travel within Indonesia 8–12 weeks per year to advance program goals. Strong English skills are required, Bahasa Indonesia preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Indonesian government institutions and ministries.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive progress.
• Highly autonomous with strong interpersonal skills and initiative.
• Proficient in English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Indonesian government partners to advance lead paint regulation.
• Engage with industry manufacturers to promote lead-free transitions and compliance.
• Design and implement project plans, troubleshoot barriers, and share learnings with the team.
• Coordinate with partners, researchers, and consultants to gather data and reports.
• Lead recruitment and manage partnerships with local organisations.
• Participate in weekly calls and 1:1s with management.
