OSI Electronics seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead key client projects from quotation through mass production and closure. You will drive schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery within budget to meet customer expectations.

The role requires strong PM leadership, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of PCBA/EMS processes, with a focus on quality, cost control, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Production/Manufacturing and Program Management in PCBA/EMS
• English speaking
• Strong problem solving
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong PM and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing, SMT, testing and quality systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• MS Project, ERP/MRP systems proficiency
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer projects from quotation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action plans and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Ensure objectives on quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Planning teams.
• Coordinate NPI activities including tooling, fixtures, materials readiness, process qualification and ramp-up.
• Drive corrective actions when issues arise and manage scope changes.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and management.
