Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer projects from quotation, kick-off, NPI, pilot run, mass production, to project closure
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action plans, and deliverables
• Monitor progress, identify risks and mitigation plans
• Ensure objectives meet quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning and Operations
• Manage NPI activities including tooling, fixtures, materials readiness, process qualification and ramp-up
• Facilitate problem-solving and drive corrective actions when issues arise
• Ensure on-time, within-scope and within-budget delivery
• Coordinate reviews and provide status updates to customers and management
• Create project documentation and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Travel domestically and internationally as required

Responsibilities

Role:

As the Project Manager responsible is to manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

• Lead and manage customer projects from quotation, project kick-off, NPI, pilot run, mass production, and project closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action plans, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate NPI activities including tooling, fixtures, materials readiness, process qualification, and production ramp-up.
• Facilitate problem-solving activities and drive corrective actions when project issues arise.
• Ensure all departments meet project timelines and commitments.
• Coordinate project reviews and provide regular status updates to customers and management.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and elevate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

Qualifications

• 7 years or more of experience in Production and manufacturing, Program Management, within a PCBA/EMS manufacturing environment, with demonstrated knowledge of NPI, manufacturing operations, quality systems, customer relationship management, and cross-functional coordination.
