Job summary

Education: D3 or S1 in Industrial/Electronic Engineering.
Experience: 3+ years in PCBA Electronics manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge: MRP system.
Able to lead >50 subordinates.
Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
Proficient in English.
Ability to establish and control process workflow.
Ability to manage Operators and equipment.
Problem solving skills.
Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Ensure effective use of materials, equipment and personnel for high-quality production.
Support manager within operating budget.
Monitor and manage daily production floor activities.
Meet customer delivery dates as per plan.
Provide training to Operators.
Ensure production schedules are met on time.
