Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead key client projects from quotation through mass production to project closure.

You will craft schedules, monitor milestones, and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely delivery within budget. Strong English communication and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Production and manufacturing, program management in PCBA/EMS environment.
• English language proficiency.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer projects from quotation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; monitor progress and report status to management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Coordinate NPI activities including tooling, fixtures, materials readiness, process qualification, and ramp-up.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs with appropriate verification techniques.
• Maintain relationships with clients and third parties/vendors; ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
