Job summary

PT Aiia Multi Anugerah is seeking a Project Manager to take full responsibility for project execution in Batam. You will plan, monitor, and control schedules, budgets, and quality while coordinating engineering teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has a minimum S1 in Civil or Industrial Engineering with at least three years of PM experience, strong communication, and fluent English to liaise with clients and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering or equivalent (S1).
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience (Project Manager/Engineer/Coordinator).
• Experience coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and clients across the project lifecycle.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor project execution per contract and client targets.
• Prepare and update project plans, time schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Coordinate engineering teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Serve as main client contact, handling variation orders and issues.
• Control project costs, including procurement and billings.
• Ensure occupational health, safety, and quality standards.
• Oversee project documents: contracts, minutes, handover, as‑builts.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
