Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager.
• End-to-end software project delivery experience.
• Ability to translate technical issues into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, implementation, to project closure
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, resources, timelines, cost and success criteria
• Establish and maintain appropriate project management approaches, methodologies, tools, and governance
• Ensure project delivery meets agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives
• Proactively identify project issues, dependencies, bottlenecks, and delivery risks and drive resolution
• Translate business objectives into clear project strategies, delivery plans, and actionable workstreams
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and business stakeholders
• Establish and maintain project risk, issue, dependency, assumption, and mitigation management
• Act as a senior point of contact for key business stakeholders, clients, and project sponsors
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and delivery capacity
