Job summary

PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a PS Technical Delivery professional for placement in the banking industry. The role involves coordinating technical and non-technical activities to ensure smooth project implementation and aligning with stakeholders across the organization.

You will monitor progress, identify blockers, and support deliveries throughout the SDLC, leveraging your 2–5 years of project delivery experience in finance-focused projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/Management Informatics or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Project Delivery, or Application Delivery.
• Experience in SDLC and banking/financial industry projects preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technical and non-technical activities to ensure smooth project implementation.


• Coordinate installation, configuration, application setup, and technical execution with relevant parties.


• Monitor, track, and report project progress, including identifying issues requiring immediate attention or escalation.


• Proactively manage project activities and help resolve blockers that may impact project milestones.


• Collaborate with internal teams, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.


• Support project delivery activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Informatics, or related field.


• 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, Project Delivery, or Application Delivery.


• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).


• Strong project management and coordination skills.


• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.


• Experience in banking/financial institution projects and knowledge of Core Banking is preferred.
