Grab is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programmes across People, Technology, Engineering, Product, and Operations. You will drive business outcomes, align stakeholders, and manage risks and dependencies.

The role emphasizes using GenAI to accelerate planning, reporting, and documentation, while upholding confidentiality and governance standards. Onsite in Indonesia, reporting to the Manager, Program Management.

Formación

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes across multiple domains.
• Ability to align stakeholders, track risks and dependencies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience with GenAI tools to accelerate planning, reporting, risk analysis, and documentation.
• Strong communication and governance skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multiple workstreams across People, Technology, Engineering, Product, Operations, and regional teams to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Establish and maintain project governance, including status reporting, RAID logs, decision registers, steering forums, and escalation paths.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods based on needs and complexity.
• Identify delivery risks and dependencies early, drive mitigation actions and escape decisions.
• Use GenAI tools to improve planning, status reporting, meeting documentation, risk analysis, and workflow efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, templates, reporting standards, and delivery practices.

Get to Know the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional programmes across multiple domains. You will drive business outcomes via the projects you manage, align stakeholders, track risks and dependencies.

You will work closely with People, Technology, Engineering, Product, Operations, and country teams. You will also help strengthen PMO practices, reporting, governance, and delivery standards across the organisation.

As a Senior Project Manager, you're expected to actively use AI tools to accelerate planning, reporting, risk analysis, and documentation and to bring an experimental mindset to identifying where AI and automation can remove friction from delivery work, while applying sound judgement on confidentiality and data handling.
