Job summary

OTTO Digital Pty is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead full lifecycle data center delivery in Jakarta. You will set strategy, baselines, scope, targets, and milestones while coordinating cross-disciplinary teams to meet schedule and safety goals.

Your responsibilities include budget control, risk management, and executive reporting through testing and commissioning, with a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years PM experience (5+ in PM roles) and data center exposure required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Control Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Min. 10 years of professional experience in project management, construction, engineering, or data center operations.
• Min. 5 years in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
• Proven track record leading medium to large-scale data center projects (10 MW+ preferred).
• Experience managing full end-to-end project lifecycles across multidisciplinary engineering teams (Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Civil/Structural, Architectural).
• Experience in live/operational data center environments is preferred.
• Strong expertise in Data Center Project Management (scheduling, cost control, risk, contracts) & engineering standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project / Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Visio, MS Office (ETAP a plus).
