Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Experience: 8–10 years in EPC or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Language: Advanced English proficiency.
• Location: Based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Negotiation and communication: strong skills in negotiating complex agreements and stakeholder management.
• Analytical thinking and risk management: ability to assess risks and financial implications.

Responsibilities

• Contract execution management: oversee execution of project contracts.
• Drafting & negotiation: review and refine contract documents and terms with clients and partners.
• Compliance & risk management: ensure contracts comply with laws, policies and standards.
• Performance monitoring: track contract obligations and ensure terms are met.
• Record keeping: maintain organized contract documents and records.
• Project contracting methodology: implement change orders and variation protocols.
