Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to provide project administrative support to a PM team during the delivery of simple and complex projects. You may lead junior coordinators and ensure the project delivers the as-sold solution with client satisfaction on an on-site basis.

The role requires solid project administration and coordination experience, plus strong client engagement skills, to manage meetings, budgeting, planning, and invoicing processes across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Solid project administration and coordination experience within technology services.
• Solid client engagement experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provides project administrative support to project teams, including meetings, minute-taking, and room arrangements.
• Ensures delivery of the as-sold solution while meeting quality criteria and client satisfaction.
• Liaises with internal and external clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Keeps track of budget and project expenditures.
• Compiles and updates the active project list for stakeholders.
• Prepares resource utilization reports and assists with resource allocation.
• Assists with project planning and maintaining the project calendar.
• Supports with invoicing reconciliation and purchase orders.
• Maintains closure checklists and archives for completed projects.
• May perform team lead duties when required.
