Job summary

DT Global Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced International Program Manager for the KINETIK initiative in Indonesia. This senior role oversees planning, design, governance and performance management across portfolios, ensuring timely, compliant delivery of activities and budgets.

The role requires coordinating with government counterparts, DFAT partners and stakeholders to foster an inclusive, high-performing team and strong internal controls across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex programs, projects or operational functions.
• Experience in procurement, contracting, budgeting and compliance.
• Strong governance, risk management and internal controls knowledge.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, design, governance, delivery and performance management for assigned portfolios and initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, contracting and subcontractor management to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
• Coordinate with technical leads, advisers, and partners to maintain a collaborative, GEDSI-focused culture.
• Manage risk, reporting, and records in alignment with program and donor requirements.
