Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10-year experience managing complex programs, projects or operational functions.
• Experience in procurement, contracting, budgeting and compliance.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management and operational controls.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, governance, delivery and performance management of assigned portfolios and initiatives.
• Coordinate work planning, budgeting, procurement, contracting and reporting across teams and partners.
• Ensure compliance, value-for-money and strong internal controls across program operations.
• Foster collaborative, inclusive culture and effective coordination with technical leads, DFAT and Government counterparts.
