DT Global Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced International Program Manager for the KINETIK initiative in Indonesia. This senior role oversees planning, design, governance and performance management across portfolios, ensuring timely, compliant delivery of activities and budgets.
The role requires coordinating with government counterparts, DFAT partners and stakeholders to foster an inclusive, high-performing team and strong internal controls across the program lifecycle.
The (International) Program Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders to foster a high-performing KINETIK team.
KINETIK, the Australia-Indonesia Climate and Sustainable Infrastructure Partnership, supports Indonesia to strengthen sustainable infrastructure systems, mobilise climate-aligned investment, and advance low-emissions and climate-resilient development. Working with the Government of Indonesia (GOI) and a broad network of public and private partners, the program seeks to expand investment in sustainable infrastructure while ensuring the inclusion of local communities, particularly women, girls and people with disabilities.
KINETIK contributes to three inter-related End of Program Outcomes (EOPOs):
The program builds on long-standing Australia-Indonesia cooperation in infrastructure and climate policy. It promotes locally led development, integrates gender equality, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI), and works with development finance and private sector partners to mobilise investment and support sustainable infrastructure systems across sectors including renewable energy, water, sanitation and waste management, and sustainable transport.
KINETIK is supported by the Australian Government's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and implemented by DT Global.

The Program Manager is a senior role within KINETIK, responsible for supporting the effective planning, design, governance, delivery and performance management of assigned portfolios, activities and operational initiatives. The role works across the full activity lifecycle, helping ensure that work planning, budgeting, procurement, contracting, subcontractor management, reporting, risk management and records are delivered in a timely, compliant and well-coordinated manner. The Program Manager provides operational oversight and quality assurance to support effective portfolio delivery, value-for-money decision making, strong internal controls and alignment with DFAT, DT Global and KINETIK requirements.
The Program Manager is expected to coordinate effectively with technical leads, advisers, subcontractors, DFAT, Government of Indonesia counterparts, KINETIK Partners and others, fostering a collaborative, high-performing and inclusive culture that integrates GEDSI, locally led development, safeguarding, ethical conduct and evidence-based decision making across program operations.
