The role emphasizes HSE compliance, process improvements, and team development within a fast-paced manufacturing environment; you will collaborate with maintenance, QA and logistics to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing production supervision or a senior supervisory role.
• Proven track record of leading production teams and achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning and quality control systems.
• Excellent understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Proficiency in using production management systems and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Fluency in English is highly desirable.
• Experience in ISO standards and lean manufacturing methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations across multiple shifts to meet targets.
• Supervise and mentor a team of supervisors and production staff.
• Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance on the floor.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage production scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and training sessions.
• Prepare and analyze production reports and downtime data.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance and logistics.
• Address and resolve production-related issues promptly and escalate when needed.
