Job summary

BizLink Group in Indonesia seeks an experienced PMC Manager to optimize production resource planning, manage procurement, warehousing and planning teams, and align resources with the master schedule to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires deep knowledge of manufacturing resource planning, process optimization, and the ability to collaborate across manufacturing, purchasing and sales functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operation management, supply chain, engineering, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• 15+ years in production planning or operations in manufacturing, with 10+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of planners, purchasers and warehouse staff coordinating with manufacturing to follow the master schedule.
• Forecast demand and plan capacity and resources for current and new projects.
• Oversee warehouse activities and optimize inventory turnover while minimizing stockouts and excess stock.
• Analyze production costs and drive cost reductions through process improvements and efficiency gains.
