Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in production planning, scheduling and optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with production control systems and manufacturing software.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production data and make data-driven decisions.
• Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance and safety compliance standards in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience with ISO standards and continuous improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
