Job summary

PT Vinfast Automobile Indonesia is seeking a PPC Specialist (Production Planning & Control) to develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet targets and customer demand. You will monitor output and flag deviations while coordinating with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to ensure material availability.

The role requires a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree, experience in PPC (preferably automotive/manufacturing), and proficiency with SAP/ERP and

Qualifications

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience in PPC, preferably automotive/manufacturing.
Understanding of production planning, scheduling, material planning, inventory control, and capacity.
Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good command of English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
Willing to work in Subang, West Java.
Willing to work 6 days a week on a shift system.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet production targets and customer demand.
Monitor actual production output against production plans and identify deviations or potential delays.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability and smooth production operations.
Analyze production data and prepare regular reports on production planning, output achievement, and material availability.
Identify production bottlenecks and support corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate production planning data using SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
