PT Minda ASEAN automotive is seeking an Assembly Production Assistant Supervisor with a Diploma in industrial engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in automotive production supervision. The role focuses on overseeing the assembly line, ensuring SOP compliance, and coordinating manpower and material planning to meet targets.

Strong Bahasa and English communication is required, with knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 preferred.

• Diploma in industrial engineering or related major.
• Minimum 3 years as Assistant Supervisor Production in automotive.
• Experience with assembly line operations.
• Good command of Bahasa and English.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Job Description :

Handling all activities in Production Assembly Line

Supervise all production team member (Operator, Group Leader, Line Leader) and ensure the team member working as per working instruction and SOP

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products

Coordinating and monitoring production activities to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery

Collaborate with the production engineering team to identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions as needed

Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to secure necessary materials for production.

Monitor production activities and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands.

Liaise with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure seamless integration of production activities
