The ideal candidate holds a Master's in engineering and 8+ years in automotive manufacturing, with at least 3 in leadership, and is proficient in Lean, Kaizen, 5S and Six Sigma.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers, providing technical guidance and performance management.
• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for automotive assembly lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Oversee the introduction of new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
• Conduct detailed process analyses, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve throughput and reduce waste (Lean Manufacturing principles).
• Develop and manage manufacturing equipment specifications, procurements, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in automotive manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive assembly processes (e.g., BIW, Paint, Final Assembly).
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies.
