Job summary

PT CONEXAL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is hiring a production/plant manager with 3–5 years in manufacturing and at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. You will drive targets, implement TPM, 5S, cost controls, and safety while coordinating cross-functional teams in a multinational setting.

Strong English skills are required; Mandarin is preferred. Proficiency in CAD and MS Office is expected, along with solid decision-making and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years in manufacturing industry with 3–5 years in a manager role.
• Good command of English; Mandarin preferred for multinational environment.
• Proficient in CAD, Office and drafting software; strong communication and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-related operational targets based on departmental development plans and business strategies, break them down into monthly objectives, and monitor progress.
• Formulate employee training plans according to the department's organizational structure and detailed recruitment plans.
• Continuously optimize production and operational processes and systems in line with departmental procedures and regulations.
• Manage manufacturing cost control, establish standard working hours, improve production layout, process methods, equipment, and fixtures to enhance lean operations on-site.
• Ensure proper implementation of production operations, process execution, and equipment support; promptly coordinate and resolve issues arising during production to guarantee product quality and on-time delivery.
• Strictly implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) for equipment to ensure reliable operation of machinery and tooling.
• Oversee safety management for production staff, foster a strong safety awareness among employees, and actively implement 5S management within the department.
• Effectively communicate and execute decisions and key points from company leadership meetings.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors beyond regular responsibilities.
