Job summary

Geekhunter is seeking a product leader to own the product vision and roadmap for a B2B SaaS product. You will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver value and prioritize backlog based on customer feedback.

You will communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders, lead sprint planning, and drive go-to-market for new releases, measuring impact and iterating to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in product ownership or product management on a B2B SaaS product.
• Strong Agile/Scrum practice: backlog management, story writing, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfort with data: defining metrics, reading dashboards, and making decisions from experiments.
• Clear written and verbal communication with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Turn customer interviews into clear user stories and prioritize backlog.
• Lead sprint planning, refinement, and reviews with engineering and design.
• Talk to customers regularly and test ideas with real users.
• Lead go-to-market for new releases and track performance.
