Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a senior product manager to lead planning, design, and execution across multiple product lines. You will shape offerings based on evolving customer needs and own the PRD to guide development, while maximizing value and streamlining processes.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, customer support, HR, and the UI/UX team to ensure alignment and strong user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning, design, and execution across all product lines, ensuring best product experience.
• Understand customers' and end-users' evolving needs, shaping product offerings that solve their problems effectively.
• Own the creation, maintenance, and communication of the Product Requirement Document (PRD) to guide development efforts.
• Maximize the value delivered by the product development team while optimizing processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, sales, customer support, HR) to ensure alignment and successful product rollouts.
• Work closely with the UI/UX team to drive improvements in product design and user experience.
• Lead competitive analysis and market research to assess positioning, anticipate trends, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Manage and mentor the product team, overseeing end-to-end project delivery with agile methodologies.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration across the product team and other departments.
• Contribute to the company's strategic decision-making process by providing product insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Min. 4 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years leading product teams, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products from conception to launch.
