Job summary

HashMicro Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Owner to lead a team of System Analysts, translating business and product requirements into actionable ERP solutions. You will own the product backlog and define prioritized features with acceptance criteria for the development team.

You will analyze existing ERP functionalities, spot gaps, and research industry trends to drive product direction, coordinating with Developers, QA, PMs, and Project Teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS/Business or related field.
• Proven experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, System Analysis, or software product development.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team, preferably System Analysts.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and software processes.
• Experience creating PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• ERP systems knowledge and business processes experience.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of System Analysts to ensure quality requirements and deliverables.
• Own and manage the product backlog by prioritizing features per roadmap and capacity.
• Define detailed product requirements including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the Dev Team.
• Break down complex features into granular tasks and delegate to team members.
• Analyze existing system features to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvements.
• Research ERP trends and industry best practices to guide product direction.
• Coordinate cross-functional development schedules and clarify responsibilities.
• Identify risks and blockers early and propose actionable solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with Developers, QA, PMs, and Project Teams.
• Ensure requirements align with business needs and priorities.
