Job summary

Astro Holdings Berhad mencari Product Manager untuk mengelola end-to-end lifecycle HRIS dan produk internal karyawan, dari penemuan hingga peningkatan berkelanjutan.

Jabatan ini melibatkan kolaborasi dengan tim HR/People, Operations, Engineering, dan Design untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan bisnis, pain points, serta meningkatkan produk sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di Product Management dengan fokus HRIS dan kemampuan analitis sangat dibutuhkan.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Product Manager dengan fokus pada HRIS atau sistem perusahaan.
• Pengalaman mengidentifikasi kebutuhan bisnis, merumuskan roadmaps, dan mengeksekusi inisiatif lintas tim.
• Kemampuan menerjemahkan persyaratan bisnis menjadi dokumentasi produk (PRD, user stories).
• Keterampilan analitis untuk membuat keputusan berbasis data dan umpan balik pemangku kepentingan.
• Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan kepemilikan terhadap hasil proyek.
• Kesiapan bekerja dalam lingkungan hybrid dan kunjungan rutin ke lokasi operasional.

• Translate requirements into clear documentation including PRDs and user stories.
• Drive data-informed decisions via user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery and system implementation.
• Conduct site visits to hubs/warehouses to understand workflows and gather insights.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and impact for continuous optimization.

Requirements:

• In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:


• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management and/or technology-focused Project Management, with proven experience in end-to-end product or system delivery.


• Hands-on experience in HRIS product development, enhancement, or implementation is mandatory.


• Strong understanding of HRIS functionalities, HR workflows, and business process improvement.


• Experience in product discovery, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, prioritization, and cross-functional project execution.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical product solutions.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.


• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


• Comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement and regular site visits to hubs and warehouses.
