ASTRO is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the HRIS and internal employee-facing products, collaborating with HR/People, Operations, Engineering and Design to streamline processes and improve efficiency across ASTRO.

You will translate business needs into PRDs and user stories, drive data-informed decisions, and lead cross-functional initiatives. Regular site visits to ASTRO hubs will inform product improvements in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Product Management or technology-focused Project Management with end-to-end delivery experience.
• Hands-on HRIS product development, enhancement, or implementation.
• Strong understanding of HRIS functionalities, HR workflows, and process improvement.
• Experience in discovery, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into product solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration across business and technical teams.

Responsabilités

About this Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of our HRIS and internal employee-facing products. This role will work closely with HR/People, Operations, Engineering, and Design teams to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience, and improve operational efficiency across ASTRO.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle of HRIS and internal employee-facing products, from discovery and planning to implementation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR/People, Operations, Engineering, and Design teams to identify business needs, operational pain points, and opportunities for product enhancement.
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and develop product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive data-informed product decisions through user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback to improve product performance and user experience.
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives, ensuring effective execution, system implementation, and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to ASTRO hubs and warehouses to understand operational workflows, gather user insights, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and operational impact to identify areas for continuous optimization.

Requirements

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management and/or technology-focused Project Management, with proven experience in end-to-end product or system delivery.
• Hands-on experience in HRIS product development, enhancement, or implementation is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of HRIS functionalities, HR workflows, and business process improvement.
• Experience in product discovery, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, prioritization, and cross-functional project execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical product solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement and regular site visits to hubs and warehouses.
