Job summary

ASTRO is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the HRIS and internal employee-facing products, collaborating with HR/People, Operations, Engineering and Design to streamline processes and improve efficiency across ASTRO.

You will translate business needs into PRDs and user stories, drive data-informed decisions, and lead cross-functional initiatives. Regular site visits to ASTRO hubs will inform product improvements in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Product Management or technology-focused Project Management with end-to-end delivery experience.
• Hands-on HRIS product development, enhancement, or implementation.
• Strong understanding of HRIS functionalities, HR workflows, and process improvement.
• Experience in discovery, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into product solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle of HRIS and internal employee-facing products.
• Collaborate with HR/People, Operations, Engineering, and Design to identify business needs and pain points.
• Define requirements, prioritize features, and develop roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive data-informed decisions through user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring effective execution and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to ASTRO hubs and warehouses to understand workflows and gather insights.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and operational impact for continuous optimization.
