Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of procurement specialists responsible for service purchases.
Develop and implement procurement strategies for various services, aligning with company goals and budget constraints.
Manage the entire service procurement cycle, from vendor selection and negotiation to contract finalization and performance monitoring.
Identify and evaluate potential service providers, conducting due diligence and risk assessments.
Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors to achieve cost savings and optimize value.
Prepare and manage service contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and foster strong, collaborative relationships.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand service requirements and ensure timely and effective procurement.
Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, contracts, and vendor information.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in service procurement.
Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and new technologies related to service procurement.
Prepare reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and vendor management for senior leadership.
