Job summary

Cisco Systems Indonesia seeks a Solutions Engineer for the CGEM APJC Inbound Team based in Jakarta to support APJC Global Enterprise Customers. You will be a technical lead who advises and supports Sales with deep pre-sales knowledge across Switching, Routing, Data Center, Cloud & AI, Collaboration, IoT, and Security.

As part of the CGEM APJC Inbound Team, you will partner with Account Executives in a pre-sales role, showcasing Cisco solutions and driving key deals while advocating for customers

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry-related Pre-Sales experience.
• BS/BA in EE/CS or equivalent.
• Cisco product knowledge or relevant experience in competitor offerings.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support Sales teams with pre-sales technical knowledge.
• Lead technical aspects across a broad portfolio of Cisco solutions.
• Drive key deals in selected accounts and advocate for the customer within Cisco.
