Job summary

PT Trimitra Indoplast Mandiri is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff PPIC to oversee production planning, inventory control, and cross-department coordination at our West Java facility. The role focuses on aligning production schedules with customer orders, capacity, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in handling production data and documentation.
• Excellent memory to retain, recall, and manage multiple details and operational information.
• Proactive, communicative, and assertive in following up on tasks and coordinating with other departments.
• Humble, approachable, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with production planning and inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders, capacity, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure smooth processes.
• Monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventories to support production needs.
• Ensure production schedules align with customer delivery deadlines.
• Track production progress and address delays, shortages, or issues.
• Maintain PPIC documentation, production reports, and inventory records.
