PT CCEPC Environment Protection and Energy Comprehensive Utilization Indonesia seeks a Power System Technical Lead to drive major technical decisions in Indonesia’s power sector and coordinate professional engagement with PLN and its affiliates.

You will oversee technical management of generation, transmission, substations, distribution and grid connection projects, and develop local power engineering teams while ensuring compliance with Indonesian standards and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in electricity sector and leadership of power projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee technical management of generation, transmission, substations, distribution and grid connection projects.
• Provide power system solutions for energy, data center, and industrial projects.
• Review planning, grid connection schemes, load flow studies, short-circuit calculations, protection coordination and stability analyses.
• Lead technical discussions with PLN and subsidiaries on grid access and standards.
• Guide preparation of technical bid proposals and lead clarifications and negotiations.
• Integrate external technical resources from PLN, IPPs, design institutes, and equipment manufacturers.
• Participate in feasibility studies, due diligence and investment decisions.
• Develop local power engineering teams and provide expert technical support.
