Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking an experienced PMO professional to support the Operation Transformation Division in Jakarta. You will manage portfolio projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and benefits are met.

You will establish PMO standards, guide initiative owners, monitor progress, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver reports and dashboards for management while driving governance and benefit realization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of PMO/Project Management or related experience.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain standard project management documents and tools.
• Conduct socialization and guidance to Initiative Owners on standardized PM processes.
• Monitor project progress, timeline, budget, deliverables, and benefits across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with Project Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Organize regular project review meetings and track milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for management.
• Monitor risks, issues, bottlenecks, and dependencies; coordinate follow-up actions.
• Escalate critical issues to the OPTR Head with analysis and recommendations.
• Act as QA to ensure feasibility studies and business cases meet standards.
• Monitor financial performance and benefit realization against approved business cases.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and resolve dependencies impacting delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve PM processes, tools, and governance.
• Support portfolio development, prioritization, status tracking, and visibility.
• Support post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes and lessons learned.
