Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking a PMO and process control professional to support the commercial trading team in Jakarta. You will oversee system and procedure changes, advise process owners, and help implement new systems.

You will ensure accurate transaction recording, perform daily and monthly MTM P&L reporting, and liaise with Trade Control Singapore on consolidation impacts while delivering monthly presentations to the Trading Steering Committee.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in System & Procedure/Finance/Accountancy/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
PMO specialization in System & Procedure or Financial areas.
5+ years of relevant experience in the related field.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Support the Commercial Trading team for system and process changes, guidance to process owners, and new system implementations.
Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
Perform daily and monthly mark-to-market profit and loss reporting.
Liaise with Trade Control Singapore on local changes impacting consolidation.
Prepare and deliver presentations to the Trading Steering Committee monthly.
