Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking a PMO professional to support the Commercial Trading team in Jakarta. The role involves guiding process owners, implementing system changes, and advising on business decisions.

You will ensure accurate recording of transactions and handle daily and monthly mark-to-market P&L reporting, coordinating with Trade Control Singapore on consolidation effects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
Preferably PMO experience focused on System & Procedure and Financials.
Minimum 5 years of experience in related field preferred.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Support the Commercial Trading team with system and process changes implementation, guidance to process owners, and facilitate new system implementations.
Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
Perform daily and monthly mark-to-market profit and loss reporting.
Liaise with Trade Control Singapore on local business changes impacting consolidation.
Prepare and deliver presentations to the Trading Steering Committee on a monthly basis.
