Job summary

SMN Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to monitor performance, manage end-to-end dismantling, and ensure governance across business units. The role requires strong SAP PS/PM expertise, data reconciliation across multiple platforms, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.

The position involves leading project close activities, reporting, and process improvements to meet business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–9 years in Project Management/PMO/Service Delivery or similar.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management.
• Proficient in SAP PS/PM and asset management processes.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and SAP HANA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project performance, financials, governance, and KPIs across business units.
• Manage end-to-end project dismantling and closure processes, including customer termination, asset recovery, and write-off.
• Conduct project closing activities in SAP and ensure governance compliance.
• Monitor aging, PR/PO progress, costs, billing, and assets.
• Perform data reconciliation across SAP, Salesforce, FIMS, STARS, and other systems.
