SMN Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to monitor performance, manage end-to-end dismantling, and ensure governance across business units. The role requires strong SAP PS/PM expertise, data reconciliation across multiple platforms, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.

The position involves leading project close activities, reporting, and process improvements to meet business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–9 years in Project Management/PMO/Service Delivery or similar.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management.
• Proficient in SAP PS/PM and asset management processes.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and SAP HANA.

• Conduct project closing activities in SAP and ensure governance compliance.

What You Will Do

• Monitor and control project performance, financials, governance, and operational KPIs across business units.
• Manage end-to-end project dismantling and closure processes, from customer termination, network/site deactivation, asset recovery, warehouse management, to asset write-off.
• Conduct project closing activities in SAP and ensure compliance with project governance, authority levels, and company policies.
• Monitor project aging, project status, PR/PO progress, committed costs, billing, and asset-related activities.
• Perform data reconciliation and analysis across SAP, Salesforce, FIMS, STARS, and other business systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare periodic management reports, dashboards, project performance analysis, and operational improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to drive project execution and issue resolution.
• Lead issue escalation, project follow-up, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure timely project completion and business objectives achievement.
• Support strategic and special projects, system implementation, migration initiatives, and business process enhancements.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5-9 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Service Delivery, Business Operations, or Program Management, preferably in the Telecommunications or ISP industry.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Project Closure.
• Proficient in SAP (Project System/PS and Plant Maintenance/PM modules), especially Project Definition, WBS, TECO, project closing, committed cost, billing, and asset management processes.
• Experienced in using CRM and business platforms such as Salesforce, FIMS, Axapta, SAP HANA, and related project management tools.
• Strong capability in project monitoring & control, data reconciliation, project cancellation/dismantling management, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, prioritization, and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dashboard/reporting tools; experience with Sigma or similar analytics platforms is an advantage.
• PMP Certification or equivalent Project Management certification will be an advantage.
