Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in plastic manufacturing with 2-3 years in a managerial position, and hands-on knowledge of 1800-2500 TON machines, cycle times, BOMs, and process troubleshooting. Strong leadership and multilingual coordination are valuable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in plastic manufacturing, with 2-3 years in management.
• Familiar with 1800-2500 TON machines and process troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership, safety, and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Plastic Injection Molding production activities to meet targets.
• Develop and control production plans based on capacity and materials.
• Ensure SQCDP standards are followed and monitor KPIs.
• Drive machine utilization, uptime, and productivity improvements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for issues.
• Apply 5S and lean principles to reduce waste.
• Supervise operators and technicians and enforce safety.
