Job summary

PT. Junrich Development Indonesia is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee injection moulding operations and ensure targets, quality, and efficiency are achieved.

You will supervise production processes, manage manpower, monitor machine performance, coordinate with QC and Maintenance, enforce SOP/5S and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across the line in a shift-based environment. Mandarin skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in injection moulding (plastic manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection, moulding process, and machine troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and production efficiency improvement.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in shift system.
• Mandarin skill is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise injection moulding production processes (plastic injection, moulding process, machine setting).
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and efficiency are achieved.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Control manpower allocation and production output.
• Coordinate with QC and Maintenance to ensure product quality.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, 5S, and safety standards.
• Monitor material usage and reduce production waste.
• Analyze production data and implement process improvements.
• Prepare production reports and performance analysis.
