Lead, direct and control activities such as maintenance, manufacturing, quality control, engineering, supply and logistics, distribution and accounting, in order to achieve the short and medium– term financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate business plan.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and direct the asset and maintenance operations to ensure the most effective readiness of assets.
- Initiative plans and processes which minimize maintenance costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital to ensure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while ensuring product standard that will exceed customers expectation.
- Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes in order to ensure schedule stability that allows for maximum returns on efficiency.
- Set and monitor the performance of the plant against standards and targets: MTTBS, MTTFSAPM, MTTR, Availability, PCV and Labor Efficiency Ratio.
- Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome.
- Target Zero LTI
- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- At least 2-3 years professional experience in maintenance view.
- Has understanding of mining requirements and production targets
- Has understanding of heavy equipment maintenance management
- Willing to travel to project / sites in remote locations
- Able to work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
- Demonstrate leadership and commitment
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
