PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL) is a Zuellig Pharma company delivering healthcare solutions across Indonesia. We seek a Professional Sales Representative (PSR) to drive revenue by connecting with customers, understanding needs, and promoting products while representing the brand.

The role involves planning daily/ monthly visits, conducting promotions, reporting results, and maintaining strong coordination with customers and principals to achieve targets in Semarang area.

Formación

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Company and PMA, SIM C is preferred.
• Strong skills in Marketing, Presentation, Sales, and Product Knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Create daily and monthly visit plans covering all outlets in the area to inform visit schedules and target achievement.
• Carry out visits and promotions to customers and report the previous month’s visit results to the supervisor.
• Foster good relations with customers and principals to improve coordination quality.
• Implement sales strategies, offer programs for principal products, and monitor discounts per policies to reach targets.
• Monitor call effectiveness and coverage of customers aligned with the master list for even coverage.
• Bill customers by due date and deposit results with cashier to hit rayon collections targets.
