Job summary

PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL), a Zuellig Pharma company, is seeking a Professional Sales Representative in Medan to grow revenue by understanding customer needs, presenting products, and building strong relationships with healthcare facilities. You will create daily and monthly visit plans, conduct promotions to customers, monitor discounts, and ensure timely billing.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years in sales, pharma/PMA experience, SIM C, and willingness to work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 2 years of working experience in sales.
Experience in a pharmaceutical company and PMA; SIM C license preferred.
Willing to work in Medan, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Create daily and monthly visit plans covering all outlets in the Medan area to meet targets.
Carry out visits and promotions to customers and report results to supervisor.
Foster strong relationships with customers and principals to improve coordination and apply discounts per policy.
Implement sales strategies and monitor discounts for principal products to achieve targets.
Monitor coverage and effective call rates to ensure target achievement.
Bill customers by the due date and deposit results with the cashier to achieve rayon collections.
